Return Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of purchase.
All returns/exchanges must be new, unopened, unused, and include the original packaging and accessories.
Items that are not in new, unopened, and unused condition may not be accepted for return. Returns that have been opened or used, or are missing the original packaging or accessories, may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, if accepted.
Return Shipping
All returns/exchanges must be shipped back to our warehouse freight prepaid and insured for full value.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A prepaid return shipping label may be requested from us. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund amount.
A copy of the original receipt and a note explaining the reason for the return are required within the package being returned.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used for the original purchase within 30 days of the return's arrival.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Incorrect items being returned must be new, unopened, unused, and include the original packaging and accessories.
Shipping charges are refundable for returns/exchanges resulting from an incorrect or damaged order shipped by us.
