I did notice that the outer box that my order came in was pretty much beat to heck during shipping, but none of the products contained were damaged.

This went beyond my expectations. It does not look like cheap stuff. The material is resistant and has a great finishing. I got in 2 different sizes in the light blue color and I recently made some transfer logos and applied on top and looks like a real store professionally made box.
