Shipping & Delivery

Ground Shipments: All domestic ground shipments will be shipped via carrier FedEx and/or USPS. Otherwise customer requested. Please allow up to 72 hours processing time, which is from the time order is placed to when package gets picked up by shipping carrier. Transit time for lower 48 states is 1-5 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, may take up to 14 business days.

International Priority and International Express Mail are available by contacting customer support. All international orders will be shipped within 7 days of the date order placed.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. JPI Display Inc. is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Missing or Lost Packages

Sometimes, packages may be delivered to a different address or area. We recommend reviewing the delivery area and checking with neighbors. Occasionally, the shipper will attach a picture with the proof of delivery that may assist in locating the package. If you cannot locate your package after 3 days from the “delivered” status, please contact us and we will open a claim with the shipping company. We cannot replace or refund a lost package until the shipping company closes its investigation.

Undeliverable & Refused Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address
  • The recipient refusing delivery
  • Failure to claim the package from the carrier

The order will be processed as follows:

If the package is returned to our warehouse:

  • A refund will be issued for the order subtotal minus a 15% restocking fee
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

If you would like the order reshipped:

  • A 15% restocking fee will apply
  • A new shipping charge must be paid before the order is reshipped

If a package is destroyed or disposed of by the carrier due to address errors or refusal, no refund will be issued.
