Great quality but arrived too late

I had ordered 2 18-ring displays but they only had q in stock. Rather than let me know they waited until I contacted them. They offered 2 12 ring displays in it's place and assured that it would reach me by Friday for my Saturday event. I got them Monday. Disappointed because they would have been so much better than what I came up with.
